The lounge

Modest from the street. Roomy once you're through the door.

Charlene Heyneke's wellness lounge sits on Adelaide Tambo Street — one door, seven ways in, and an hour that belongs entirely to you.

The idea is uncomplicated. Most people arrive carrying something: tight shoulders, heavy legs, a week that would not switch off. Inside, the lounge opens out into separate sections — one for each treatment — so the gentle, non-invasive one your body is actually asking for is never far from another.

Nothing here is rushed and nothing is sharp. You keep your clothes on, you lie back, and you leave a little lighter than you arrived. There is free Wi-Fi if you need it — though most people find they stop reaching for their phone. That is the whole promise.

How a visit works

No programme. No pressure. One honest conversation first.

You are not signing up for a course of anything. You come in, we talk about how you have been feeling, and we choose from there.

You arrive You leave lighter
01

You message on WhatsApp

Everything is booked directly with Charlene. Tell her roughly what is bothering you and she will suggest a time and what to expect. Bring nothing but comfortable clothes.

02

We talk before anything else

Where the tension sits, how you have been sleeping, what your week actually looks like. This is what decides the treatment — not a package you picked online.

03

A scan, if it helps

The Quantum Analysis Scan takes about two minutes and is completely non-invasive. Some people like starting with a wellness report in hand. Others would rather just get in the sauna. Both are fine.

04

Your treatment, then a rhythm

Heat, compression, massage or muscle therapy — whatever suits. Afterwards we agree on how often makes sense for you, which for most people is far less often than they expect.
